🌐 1. This Website

This site is a static landing page. It does not use:

  • Cookies of any kind
  • Analytics scripts
  • Tracking pixels or fingerprinting
  • Forms, logins, or any kind of user input

Nothing you do on this website is collected, processed, or stored by us.

📋 2. Web Server Access Logs

This website is hosted on STRATO GmbH. As part of normal hosting operations, STRATO's infrastructure automatically records standard HTTP access logs for every request made to this website. These typically contain:

  • Your IP address
  • The page or file requested
  • Timestamp of the request
  • HTTP status code and response size
  • Your browser's User-Agent string

These logs exist for security and operational purposes only - they are not used for profiling, advertising, or personal data analysis. According to STRATO's FAQ, visitor IP addresses are retained for a maximum of 7 days for the purpose of detecting and defending against attacks, after which they are deleted.

🤖 4. Our Discord Servers & Bots

This website policy covers this website only. Data handling within our Discord servers and by our bots is governed by separate policies maintained inside Discord. This section summarises the key points and tells you where to find the full details.

We operate custom bots that serve two distinct purposes: moderation & safety (always active for everyone) and opt-in community features (only active when you use them). The data each category handles - and the consent required - differs accordingly.

🛡️ 5. What Our Moderation Bots Collect

Running a safe, 18+-verified community requires a baseline of automated record-keeping. The following data is collected for every member as a condition of server membership - it is necessary to operate the server responsibly and cannot be opted out of individually.

Activity & Leveling

  • Message and voice activity metrics used to calculate XP and level progression for the leaderboard

Verification & Onboarding

  • Age-verification status as well as your date of birth
  • Verification timestamp
  • A text-only transcript of your onboarding ticket
  • Email address (optional) - you may voluntarily provide your e-mail address during onboarding or at any later point in the server. This address is stored solely for notifications about critical server events and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

To remove your e-mail address, use the #settings channel in the server. If you are no longer a member of the server, you can request removal by sending an e-mail to mail@yiff-mansion.com.

Moderation Logs

  • Notes, Warnings, Timeouts, Kicks, and Bans - tied to your Discord user ID
  • Content moderation events
  • Ticket transcripts for support interactions you initiate

Content Scanning

  • Message attachments in yiff media sharing categories are scanned in real time for blacklisted/banned content. Those are marked with a 🔍.
  • Images sent in these channels are submitted to Fluffle for reverse image lookup. According to Fluffle's privacy policy, submitted images are stored temporarily on their servers for fingerprinting only and are permanently deleted immediately afterwards with the fingerprint.
  • Image tags are checked against the e621 API to identify content we consider blacklisted. No user data is transmitted to e621 as part of this lookup - only image metadata returned by the reverse search is used to query tags.
By joining and verifying, you acknowledge and agree to this baseline moderation data handling.

📜 6. Individual Bot Policies

Beyond the moderation baseline, we run a range of community bots with opt-in features - for example the Lovense toy integration, VRChat status forwarding, ChastityCheck and more. Each of these bots has its own dedicated privacy policy that describes exactly what data it stores, why, and for how long.

Use /features on our server to read the full privacy policy for any bot, at any time - before or during use.

By actively using a bot's features you agree to the data handling described in our /features-list.

No opt-in bot stores personal data about you before you engage with it for the first time. You may request deletion of your data for any individual bot by opening a support ticket in the server.

Interactive NSFW Channels

Certain channels on our server feature homebrew interactive NSFW bot integrations. Message activity in these channels can automatically trigger NSFW events - for example causing connected Lovense toys to respond or initiating so-called Yiff-Drops. By joining the server and verifing you agree that message you sent in these designated channels may trigger such events for participating members.

🗑️ 7. Data Deletion Requests

To request removal of your data from a specific bot, open a support ticket in the Discord server and state which bot and what data you would like removed. Requests are processed within 14 days. Note that moderation logs (section 5) may be retained for longer where required for the security and integrity of the community.
